This zip-folder contains all data and files that can be used to reproduce the entire analysis and each figure and/or table of the article "Meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies with multiple thresholds: Comparison of approaches in a simulation study" and its appendix. A readme-file (.txt) provides information about all files included and about how to run the analysis to reproduce our simulation study. The zip-folder "Summary_V3" contains an updated, third version of the codes for our simulation study.
