PROCEDURAL STATUS OF THE VICTIM UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In accordance with the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the existing problem situations that should be studied along with the issues of ensuring the procedural guarantees of the protection of the rights and legal interests of the victim in the criminal process by researching the concept, status and its importance are described.
