ORGANIZATION OF WORKING TIME: ANALYSIS OF LEGISLATION AND CURRENT PROBLEMS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the regime and recording of working time in accordance with Articles 191-200 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with an emphasis on identifying problematic aspects and proposing practical solutions. The ambiguity and contradictions in recording working time, the uneven load on workers during cumulative accounting, as well as the ambiguity in determining the time of actual performance of work duties are discussed. The article offers recommendations for tightening control over compliance with working time standards, balancing workload and rest, as well as clearly defining the time included in working hours
