Description

This repository provides an Excel spreadsheet named MappingTable.xls, which belongs to a conference paper.
This Excel file includes mappings for various clinical ophthalmic data elements used in a specific machine learning model designed for predicting visual acuity, published by Schlosser et al. [1] to FHIR using the MII core data set basic modules.

[1] Schlosser et al., Visual acuity prediction on real-life patient data using a machine learning based multistage system, Sci Rep. 14 (2024) 5532. doi:10.1038/s41598-024-54482-2

In addition, in this repository we provide FHIR example resources for patients, diagnoses and IVOM (intravitreal drug administration) therapy that meet the specifications of the MII CDS base modules.
