Description

This folder contains isoTWAS and TWAS models for 48 tissues in GTEx (April 2024). The GTEx folder contains two subfolders with .RDS files for isoTWAS and TWAS models. Models were trained using R package isotwas (github.com/bhattacharya-a-bt/isotwas).
