Nonetheless, the most noteworthy conclusion to be drawn from the strategies and policies is that every country in the world, from the most developed to the least developed, stated: "The development of science and technology is an important new direction, decisive in the development of the national economy..." As a result, research on the effects of science and technology is crucial for all nations, but Vietnam in particular.
