Main Matlab code by Aparajita Kashyap and Brian Camley. Code extending BioFVM is by Wei Wang. (We also include some code modified from the original BioFVM.)

This code is only intended to help in reproducing our results and explaining our methods fully - attempting to generalize without full understanding may cause things to break unpredictably.
