Description
This nutrition education material (infographics) was explicitly designed by the immersive learning project group, Nutrition and Dietetic major, Department of Nutrition and Health Science, College of Health, Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, to provide nutrition information on healthy food recipe and nutrition and health benefits of proteins and dairy. The infographic was reproduced from an existing English version (Protein and Dairy) and translated into Spanish to meet the needs of the non-English speakers of the community through a partnership with the Ross Community Center, Muncie, Indiana, USA.
