This hands-on exercise includes a step-by-step guide on the integration of Ministry of Finance (MinFin) outputs into the Model for Financial Analysis of Electric Sector Expansion Plans (FinPlan). This exercise supports the Data-to-Deal Analytical Workflow by Tan et al. (2024).
