Code for ERS, both with (ERS-FH.zip) and without (ERS.zip) failure handling.

Download, unzip, and follow the instructions in README.md to run.
Note: I used asdf to install the correct Erlang and Elixir versions, which you can see in the ".tool-versions" file.
