DETECTION OF HATE SPEECH ON SOCIAL MEDIA BY USING MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS

The rising utilization of information sharing on social media has given major facilities, benefits  to people, this has also increased the multiple challenges together with the dispersing and distributing hate speech messages. Hate speech on social media is a major problem in these days, which can harmful to communities and individuals. Machine learning algorithms have capacity to indicate and detect hate speech in textual datasets. This paper proposes the study of hate speech recognition on different social media and machine learning algorithm to detect it.

The machine learning algorithms are classified according to different stages of hate speech detection process. This paper gives overview of some techniques which are used in different stages of datasets like collection, preprocessing, featuring etc.
