Description
This repository contains all raw imaging mass cytometry (IMC) data for the breast cancer study from Meyer et al., 2025. The code that was used to process and analyze the data is available at https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/TNBC_publication.
Structure:
ZTMA174_raw.zip - Contains raw IMC data for ZTMA 174.
