The single-cell landscape of triple-negative breast cancer reveals a prognostic role of progenitor-like basoluminal tumor cells (IMC data)

This repository contains all raw imaging mass cytometry (IMC) data for the triple negative breast cancer IMC study from Meyer et al., 2025. The code that was used to process and analyze the data is available at https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/TNBC_publication.
