[Fix] 'Runoff was not being input to lake water (Regional and Continental). This is now implemented based on fraction surface area of W0 and W1 See changes for k.s1.w0C/R, k.s2.w0C/R, k.s3.w0C/R and .......w1. include the surface area correction Take care that the cases related to comparison to SimpleBox v3.32 are not updated
[fix] FRgas.Aa used variable from Moderate scale.
[fix] Waterflow from w0R to W1R should be 10% of flow to the sea (w2) of freshwater (w1)
[Fix] 'In the continental scale: calculation of FRs.sx for the three soil types (natural, agricultural, other), all used the Kp for natural soil, instead of the one corresponding to the soil type. Changed to soiltype specific Kp. Formulas were already correct at regional scale
[Fix] formula for variables Fraers.aA and Fraerw.aA incorrectly used variables for Moderate scale instead of Arctic scale. This was fixed
[Fix] 'in the regional scale: calculation of runoff for agricultural soil was related to FRACrun.s1R instead of FRACrun.s2R
