Data and software used for "Inferred drought-induced plant allocation shifts and their impact on drought legacy at a tropical forest site". Data and analysis scripts are stored in /Python. The data is stored in the form of a netCDF4 file in the files ending with ".nc.cbf". Note that G12 refers to input for the static model, and G13 refers to input for the dynamic model. The scripts are Jupyter notebooks and Python scripts. Folders are labeled by figure groups from the paper. The models used (DALEC_1012, DALEC_1013) are stored in C/projects/CARDAMOM_MODELS/DALEC.
