This data repository contains the first part of the raw data related to the work titled "How do stony corals build their skeleton? 4D insights into coral growth under ocean acidification".
tomo_ data contain the tomographic dataset per each polyp, which were used to perform density, area, width, length and moment of inertia calculations.
