CRISPR knock out mice generated for quantitative complementation

This repository contains information on the construction of mouse knockouts generated on C57BL/6J for quantitative complementation experiments, as described in "Complementation testing identifies causal genes at quantitative trait loci underlying fear related behavior" at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.01.03.574060v1

There are two files:

location_sperm_augusta.xlsx: contains information about where CRISPR KO mice are stored at the Transgenic Core at Augusta University, and how to order

CRISPR_mouse_information.docx: contains genotyping primers, sgRNA sequences, exon targeting, and gel images for each KO mouse generated in the study
