Global-scale greenhouse cultivation areas (Version 1)

This data set provides spatially explicit estimates of the area at 3 meters resolution directly used for greenhouse cultivation on a global scale. It was derived using PlanetScope data and Sentinel-2 data for the year 2019. This data set does not cover all existing greenhouses across the globe. The data can be viewed here: https://rs-cph.projects.earthengine.app/view/greenhouse. Please contact xito@ign.ku.dk for data and inform us if you identify areas that require an update.
