Description
FIGURE 23. Bayesian phylogenetic tree of a curated Heteroclinus specimen dataset, based on the analysis of only mitochondrial DNA COI gene fragments (587 total base pairs). Specimens are described by putative species name and voucher registration numbers. Bayesian posterior probability values followed by maximum likelihood (ML) bootstrap values, are provided for relationships among species. The ML topology recovered was identical to the Bayesian topology, and so only the latter is presented.
