Description

Genus Melanotus Eschscholtz, 1829

Comments. Farashiani et al. (2022) reported from Iran Melanotus rufipes (Herbst, 1784) which is, however, a synonym of Melanotus villosus (Geoffroy, 1785) already reported from Iran by Platia & Ghahari (2016).
