Data for "Influence of Point Mutations on PR65 Conformational Adaptability: Insights from Molecular Simulations and Nanoaperture Optical Tweezers"

Description
Molecular dynamics simulations data:
The PSF protein structure files and the DCD trajectory files of PR65 are provided to visualize the trajectory.
The naming of the file starts with the system type, either wild type or mutant, followed by the run number for that system.
The color codes in Figure 4 corresponding to run1, run2 and run3 are cyan, orange, and purple, respectively.
The MD simulation data was used to generate Figures 1, 4, 5F, 6-7 and S5, Table 2.
Nanoaperture optical tweezers data:
The nanoaperture optical tweezers data is provided as the nanoaperture_optical_tweezers_data.zip file. The zip file contains an additional Readme file corresponding to the optical tweezers data.
