ROLE AND POSSIBILITIES OF PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION IN ASSESSING THE STATE OF CHOICE AND TREATMENT TACTICS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH HEART RHYTHM DISORDERS.

Description

Demographic changes in recent decades are characterized by an
increase in the number of elderly and senile people. Every year the number of elderly
people increases by 2.4%. According to the United Nations classification of societies,
the proportion of the population aged 65 years and older is 7%. Various heart rhythm
disturbances and coronary heart disease (CHD) in elderly and older age are
associated exclusively with the development of atherosclerosis and its clinical
manifestations and depend on the degree of damage to the coronary arteries.
Therefore, it is important to timely diagnose the condition of the coronary artery in
people over 60 years of age in order to determine treatment tactics
