Description
This article explores the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Justice system, focusing on the Brazilian Military Justice, aiming to investigate the ethical, technical, legal challenges, and accessibility associated with the use of AI in this context. The research seeks to understand how the implementation of AI can contribute to efficiency, social inclusion, procedural speed, and decision-making in the Justice system, particularly in the Military Justice. To achieve these objectives, a systematic literature review was conducted, following the PRISMA method. The results showed a gap in the existing literature on the subject, indicating the absence of research on the application of AI in military courts and tribunals. The research emphasizes the importance of investigating and understanding the specific challenges and opportunities that arise when using AI in this branch of justice. The results of this research are expected to contribute to legal scholars and professionals involved in the administration of military justice, filling a gap in the existing literature. The conclusion highlights the need for further scientific studies on the subject and emphasizes the importance of considering the ethical and moral aspects of using this technology in judicial processes.
