Description

The Polar Postdoc Leadership Workshop (PPLW) was held in person at the University of Colorado Boulder from May 15th – 19th, 2023 and brought together 20 polar postdocs from around the United States. The workshop was supported by the National Science Foundation and was hosted by the Polar Science Early Career Community Office (PSECCO). This report shares the post-event survey results from the workshop.
