This is the data that was produced and analyzed for the paper PAbFold: Linear Antibody Epitope Prediction using AlphaFold2. It is organized into which data are used per figure, including analysis python scripts and bash scripts where necessary. After decompression this file is approximately 183 Gb in size, largely comprised of protein structures as predicted by AlphaFold2 via localcolabfold.
