Description

Reviewing the history of the measurement of the speed of light and carefully analyzing the experiments of the measurement of the speed of light, it is found that there is a process of "collapse and reconstruction of the wave function" of the photon in the process of the measurement, and this crucial point has not been taken into consideration. The collapse and reconstruction of the wave function is an important element in quantum theory, and if this point is considered, we will find that the constancy of light velocity has a deeper meaning, which will completely shake the theoretical foundation for the establishment of the theory of relativity.
