Description

The AnyBody Model Repository (AMMR), is an unique open library of musculoskeletal models and examples ready to be used with the AnyBody Modeling System. Within the AMMR4_Beta release, an extensive multibody musculoskeletal model dedicated to the thoracic spine and ribcage was introduced, which can be controlled only by spine posture. Furthermore, a novel abdominal model, comprising abdominal volumes capable of generating abdominal pressure, was integrated into the AMMR4_Beta. Noteworthy enhancements were made to the thoracic musculature, ensuring detailed accuracy. This model is recognized for its scalability and user-friendliness, enabling simulation of various daily activities (such as spine bending and breathing) and pathological deformities, aligning closely with experimentally observed deformations with commendable precision. It is publicly accessible through a GitHub repository and is also available in the AnyBody Managed Model Repository.
