Description

This document provides an overview of commonly used fabrication processes and post-treatments for glass and the identified top plastic materials, and the potential effects of these processes on materials’ properties, microchannel structure, and chip-to-world connection and was developed based on the activity A3.3.4: Report on the geometry and dimension of microfluidic component ports.

In terms of the compatibility of microfluidic components with different sizes of the connection ports, we have looked only at commercially available devices and components.
