BioPortal Snapshot 30.06.2014

This is a curated snapshot of the BioPortal ontology repository (http://bioportal.bioontology.org/). The dataset contains the original serialisation (fileextension .orig) and a curated OWL/XML serialisation, with the imports closure merged. The dataset is meant for ontology related empirical work such as surveys of biomedical ontologies and reasoner benchmarking, and not for any kind of use/re-use.
