Prompt Engineering for Quantitative Bio-image Analysis

Generative Artificial Intelligence - and in particular large language models - are changing the way we use computers. In this talk Dr. Haase explains the underlying principles and gives examples how large language models such as OpenAI's chatGPT can be used to do Bio-image Analysis. We will see how prompts to language models are designed to make the language model produce high-quality Python code to analyse microscopy images and tabular data.
