IMMUNOLOGIC CHANGES IN DIFFUSE TOXIC GOITERS

This review of the article is devoted to an actual disease in the field of endocrinology, such as DTB. It has been shown that the clinical manifestations of the disease are associated with multiple secretions of thyroid hormones that affect several systems at the same time. The immunological mechanisms of the formation of the disease are indicated. Damage to the cardiovascular system is a frequent serious complication of DTB, and it often ranks first among cardiovascular diseases. Its clinical presentation and determination of the course and outcome of the disease are explained
