Genome-wide association summary statistics for G4 and G6

This repository contains GWAS summary statistics for G4 (g4_GWAS_Sumstats_Cleaned.txt) and G6 (g6_GWAS_Sumstats_Cleaned.txt), which are part of the paper titled "Dynamics of cognitive variability with age and its genetic underpinning in NIHR BioResource Genes and Cognition cohort participants".

The columns are as follows:

• SNP: rs identifier for the SNP
• CHR: chromosome (GRCh37 build) 
• BP: base pair (GRCh37 build) 
• A1: effect allele 
• A2: reference allele 
• FREQ: effect allele frequency 
• INFO: imputation information
• P: p-value 
• BETA: effect size of effect allele
• SE: standard error 
• N: sample size
