Dataset and video for "Quantifying the biomimicry gap in biohybrid robot-fish pairs"

Description
The directory contains:
- Trajectories of fish-only, biohybrid, or simulated agent pairs (<filename>_positions.dat).
- A robot index file (<filename>_ridx.dat) that corresponds to each trajectory file, that contains the robot's ID (starting from 0) in the experiment, or a negative ID in the case of fish-only and simulated experiments.
A brief explanation of the directory's contents:
- Fish-only pairs:
- Processed trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h of "clean" data. These files have been produced from approximately 16h of experiments, by removing freezing instances.
- Biohybrid pairs:
- Processed trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h of "clean" data. These files have been produced from approximately 11h of experiments, by removing freezing instances.
- DLI pairs:
- Generated trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h of data.
- DLIv2 pairs:
- Generated trajectory files that amount to approximately 11h of data that were produced with DLIv2.
