Description
This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (TGM2) by Western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence, using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls. To critically assess the performance of antibodies by Western blot, the antibodies were screened on culture medium as well as lysate.
