Effect of sublethal treatments of imidacloprid against Aromia bungii on its parasitoid, Sclerodermus guani

Authors/Creators

Description

Aromia bungii Faldermann adults

We first determined appropriate sublethal doses of imidacloprid against A. bungii by bioassay. We then quantified feeding and biomass of A. bungii larvae feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

CAT Enzymatic activity

Determination of CAT enzyme activity changes in the A. bungii larvae after feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

POD Enzymatic activity

Determination of POD enzyme activity changes in the A. bungii larvae after feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

SOD Enzymatic activity

Determination of SOD enzyme activity changes in the A. bungii larvae after feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

CarE Enzymatic activity

Determination of CarE enzyme activity changes in the A. bungii larvae after feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

GST Enzymatic activity

Determination of GST enzyme activity changes in the A. bungii larvae after feeding on artificial diet treated with sublethal doses of imidacloprid.

Sclerodermus guani

We determined how larvae fed with sublethal doses of imidacloprid affected the performance of S. guani. Include the emergence rate、maternal fecundity、parasitic success rate.
