Initial data analysis release

This repository includes data and meta-analysis used to assess the effectiveness of water quality BMPs on runoff pollutant concentrations. This data and manuscript have been submitted (but not yet accepted) for peer review. We used the {targets} workflow in R to develop a data analysis pipeline. The steps are documented in the _targets.R file. The functions used in each step are contained in the /R folder. The {renv} package is used to maintain and restore package versions. Instructions for restoring packages and reproducing the data analysis pipeline are included in the readme.
