Description
Functions to estimate parameters from different types of dose-response data. Organized version of the code used in 'Unveiling time in dose-response models to infer host susceptibility to pathogens' accepted for publication in Plos Computational Biology in June 2014.
Preliminar code - is still lacking functions and needs testing. Please check https://github.com/dpessoaIGC/DoseResponse/releases for the most recent version.
