cuDFNsys

Now, cuDFNsys has a simple GUI. How to use it can be found in the Manual.

For developments, the cuDFNsys functions can be more easily used. Basically, developers just need to create four classes: cuDFNsys::DFN<double>, cuDFNsys::MeshDFN<double>, cuDFNsys::FlowDFN<double>, and cuDFNsys::PTDFN<double> particleTracking. These four classes will load .csv files to run simulations, Details can be found in the manual.

Please download the source code and compile it (see README.md and Manual for more details). Do not use the binary here.
