Description

This archive contains imaging data of the Lungman anthropomorphic chest phantom (Kyoto Kagaku, Tokyo, Japan) obtained using two different clinically utilised X-ray devices:

  • 128-slice SOMATOM Definition Edge (Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) for two CT scans at 100 kVp. The volume size is 512x512x426 and 320x320x298 mm3. The voxel size is 0.625x0.625x0.7 mm3.

  • Thunder Platform (GE Healthcare, Chicago, Illinois, USA) for a digital radiograph at 90 kVp. The image size is 1871x1881 pixels and 364x366 mm2. The pixel size is 0.1946x0.1946 mm2.

One of the CT scans has been fully segmented. STL files have been created from the segmentations to generate 3D surfaces of the anatomical structures, including:

  • bronchioles,
  • bronchus,
  • trachea,
  • diaphragm,
  • skin,
  • heart,
  • sheets,
  • couch,
  • tumours,
  • hard bones,
  • soft bones,
  • spine,
  • sternum, and
  • clavicles.
