Indium-tin films (for example, ITO, Indium Tin Oxide, indium-tin oxide) - for the conductive layer. The cubic lattice of the biquadrate type includes indium atoms, which occupy central positions in the cubic cell. Each indium atom is surrounded by six oxygen atoms, forming an octahedral structure
