LD Hub results assessing Causal associations between perceived aging in the UK Biobank and multiple other traits, stratified by sex

Here are the results downloaded from LD Hub in 2021, assessing the genetic correlation of perceived youthfulness within the UK Biobank (Data-Field 1757) with multiple other traits. The spreadsheet includes results for the analysis in both sexes combined as well as stratified by sex. Also included are the genetic correlations results for each set of analysis filtered to show only resutls significant after Bonferroni correction for testing multiple traits (i.e., correcting for 2,142 independent tests).
