SnoRNa box type information from various sources in the literature

SnoRNA type information obtained and formated from different sources. 

• dieci_et_al_2009_Genomics_summary.tsv: SnoRNA type information on Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster and Schizosaccharomyces pombe obtained from the supplementary data of Dieci et al. , 2009, Genomics.
• saccharomyces_cerevisiae_snotype_umass.tsv: SnoRNA type information on Saccharomyces cerevisiae from the yeast snoRNA database at UMass (Piekna-Przybylska et al., 2007, RNA).
• snoDB_BED.bed: SnoRNA genomic position obtained from snoDB v2.0 (Bergeron et al., 2023, NAR).
• snoDB_data.tsv: SnoRNA type information of Homo sapiens snoRNAs obtained from snoDB v2.0 (Bergeron et al., 2023, NAR).
• snoRNA_type_rfam_families.tsv: SnoRNA type for each Rfam snoRNA family present on the Rfam database (Kalvari et al., Current Protoc Bioinforma, 2018).
