TrackMate_sp.csv: tracks of sperm packets combined from multiple TrackMate data files
TrackMate_ma.csv: tracks of asexcual colonies combined from multiple TrackMate data files
Fig2B_IDs.txt: fifty randomely chosen IDs for Fig. 2B (sperm packets)
Fig2C_IDs.txt: fifty randomely chosen IDs for Fig. 2C (asexual colonies)
Note that y axis is opposite in Python and ImageJ (we set y values minus for visualization of Fig. 2B and 2C)

speed

Data of speed and diameter (body length) for each tracks in TrackMateData
Used for Fig. 2A.
ma_speed_210524.csv: asexual colonies; calculated from TrackMate_ma.csv
sp_speed_210524.csv: sperm packets; calculted from TrackMate_sp.csv

flagellar trace

trace_Figxxx_rotated.csv: flagellar traces data.
Coordinates obtained from Bohboh were rotated so that the base becames close to vertical.
Odd columns indicate X coordinates and even columns indicate Y coordinates.
Note that Fig. S1D x axis is inverted for visualization to align orientation with other figures (we set x values minus in Fig. S1D)

flagellar length

length_Figxxx.csv: flagellar length data obtained from Bohboh.

flaglellar curvature

Figxxx.txt: Time series data of flagellar curvature along flagellar length obtained from Bohboh.
Tab-delimited for handling in Gnuplot.
Sample script for visualiazaion in Gnuplot is shown in sample_script_curvature.gp
