FORMATION OF CONCEPTS OF INFORMATION- PSYCHOLOGICAL SECURITY AS A SOCIAL PROBLEM

This article presents and analyzes the history of the information-psychological security problem that arose historically with the formation of any state and social, political, economic interests in society and their expression in the ideological sphere, as well as current modern information attacks. Because of this, together with stability and development, informational-psychological risks and moral threats of a certain nature appear. This article explains the concept of information security and its essence.
