Wohlfahrtia indigens Villeneuve, 1928: 49. Type locality: Algeria, Laghouat.

Specimens examined. SAUDI ARABIA: 2♂, 2♀, Jazan, Sabya, 8.v–17.vi.2003, Malaise trap, H.A. Dawah (NMWC); 1♂, Asir, Maraba, Al-Hudaithy Fruit Farm, 1–17.vi. 2003, Malaise trap, H.A. Dawah (NMWC); 1♂, same locality but 1-31.v.2004 (NMWC); 1♂, same locality but, 1.ii.2012 (CERS).

Distribution. Afghanistan, Algeria, Canary Islands, Chad, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan.

Remarks. First record from Saudi Arabia found in this study is by Büttiker et al. (1979).
