Understanding public values of land: A developing typology

This project aims to provide a better understanding of: (i) what public values are associated with land; and (ii) how these values are affected by land tenure regimes. The initial phase of this research (summarised in this milestone report) was dedicated to undertaking a comprehensive literature review exploring different public values associated with land beyond its market price.
