Tissue Segmentation for H&E images using QuPath v0.3.2 for Bone, Cartilage and Bone Marrow quantification

This files contain the QuPath script and training model to quantify Bone, Bone Marrow and Cartilage tissues on H&E images. In addition it contains the images used for the training and the corresponding annotations.

Feel free to use it as a template for your own data set with caution that due to the differences in staining and/or acquisition this model may not work or would need to be re-trained with your images.
