X-ray spectroelectrochemical cell for X-ray Raman spectropscopy for operando studies on lithium ion batteries
Authors/Creators
Description
This is an X-ray spectroelectrochemical cell specifically designed for operando battery experiments in X-ray Raman spectroscopy experiments. Excitation is done with hard X-rays in the range of 10'000 eV. The resulting data are soft X-ray spectra such as 2p multiplets from 3d metals used in lithium ion battery positive electrodes.
