PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF OZONE IN MUSHROOM PRODUCTION
Description
The steps of farm-mushroom production processes in Georgia, where high-temperature processing is performed have been studied with the use of ozone. Namely, for changin the fermentation process of mushroom seed germination materials(stubble, cotton), high-temperature treatment of buildinds before and after growing mushrooms,also for the replacement of unused waste of the enterprise.
The possibility of replacing these processes with ozone as a much safer, economical and simple means has beenestablished. The stability of the used laboratory ozonizers has also been studied in this work. It, s been established that their performance doesn, t change with time.
