Description

Supplemental Material.

  1. The dataset includes all phylogenetic trees for supported and unsupported HGTs in NHX format. Maximum likelihood (ML) trees were inferred using IqTree [1] with automated model selection.
  2. The pipeline to detect horizontally transfered protein-encoding genes in a set of proteomes.
