Description

Feature: Generalized properties framework to communicate more statuses than simply "Processing". "Re-indexing grid cells" will be communicated if the file uses a non-cartesian coordinate grid and we have to resample to a cartesian coordinate grid. Feature: Add handling for "DEGF-D" units that are typically associated with melt rate ATI grids. Bugfix: Reduce memory burden when writing to NetCDF format. Bugfix: Rearrange grid nx and ny assignment when writing to the RAS HDF precipitation format.
